SMM manager
We’re aibar.world — an AI bartender concept where guests scan a QR / open a Telegram bot, describe their mood & taste, and get a personalized cocktail recipe + visual. We’re partnering with bars across Ukraine.
Now we’re looking for a creative SMM Manager in Lviv who loves Reels/TikTok, nightlife vibes, and building hype.
What you’ll do
- Run TikTok + Instagram + Telegram Channel (Reels/Stories/Posts).
- Create content that people can’t stop watching (hooks, scripts, captions, trends).
- Plan and join shoots in bars (with bartenders, guests, атмосphера).
- Collect UGC + repurpose into high‑performing videos.
- Engage with the community (comments, DMs, vibe‑check).
- Track results + improve weekly (views, retention, shares, saves, leads).
What we’re looking for
- 6+ months of SMM experience + portfolio/cases (links required).
- Strong feel for TikTok & Reels (pacing, retention, trend‑sense).
- Confident writing for Ukrainian audience.
- Editing/design skills: CapCut / VN / Premiere + Canva / Figma.
- Organized + proactive + fast execution.
Bonus points if you have:
- English: basic/intermediate+ (communication + simple captions when needed).
- HoReCa / nightlife / lifestyle experience.
- Influencers/creators & collabs experience.
- Funnel mindset (traffic → bot → demo/lead).
