Customer support manager

Join Sure Lock & Key (S.L.K.), a fast-growing U.S.-based locksmith services company with an office in Lviv. We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Manager to join our team!

You & Your Skills:

• Strong communication skills (Upper-Intermediate strong level of English as a must)
• Self-organized, responsible, and able to multitask;
• Learn quickly and adapt well to changes;
• NO prior experience needed!

Your responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls from customers;
• Coordinate service appointments between customers and field teams;
• Collecting and transferring customer data to relevant departments;
• Ensuring excellent customer experience;
