An international company providing transportation and logistics services in the USA is inviting a Dispatcher to join its team.

Responsibilities:

• Processing customer orders

• Negotiating agreements with drivers over the phone

• Creating and tracking loads in the system

• Team collaboration

Requirements:

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher

• Analytical thinking and flexibility in decision-making

• Excellent time-management skills

• Responsibility for personal results and a desire for continuous improvement

• High motivation for personal and professional growth

Schedule:

• 3:00 PM — 1:00 AM (Monday-Friday)
