Executive Data Analyst

To make our Administrative Office stronger we are looking for an additional teammate for a full-time position of Executive Data Analyst
The Executive Data Analyst plays a critical role in transforming data into clear, actionable intelligence to support strategic and operational decision‑making at executive and board level. The role operates within a governance and leadership environment, requiring confidence working with senior stakeholders, high standards of accuracy, discretion, and an understanding of board‑level reporting expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain executive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel
- Extract, analyse, interpret, and present data from multiple sources to support decision‑making
- Produce monthly KPI, performance and trends reports tailored for executive and board audience
- Translate complex data into clear visualisation, insights and narrative summaries
- Ensure information presented to the board meets governance, confidentiality and quality standards
- Provide support, content and materials for board meetings and events where required, ensuring data and materials are available and accurate
- Work closely with senior leadership and board members to understand reporting requirements and priorities
- Continuously improve reporting frameworks, metrics and dashboards based on business needs
Requirements:
- Degree in Analytics, or a related field
- Previous experience in an analyst role, particularly in environments requiring data‑driven decision making
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities
- Experience working with senior leadership or board‑level stakeholders
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Experience in multinational or cross‑functional environments is highly desirable
Skills, Knowledge, and Special Qualities
- High proficiency in Power BI, MS Excel (dashboard, visuals, data modelling and processing), strong presentation skills — specifically in PowerPoint
- Ability to understand business context and apply data to explain it and clearly communicate insights to non‑technical, senior audience
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- Proactive and self‑mindset
