To make our Administrative Office stronger we are looking for an additional teammate for a full-time position of Executive Data Analyst

The Executive Data Analyst plays a critical role in transforming data into clear, actionable intelligence to support strategic and operational decision‑making at executive and board level. The role operates within a governance and leadership environment, requiring confidence working with senior stakeholders, high standards of accuracy, discretion, and an understanding of board‑level reporting expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build and maintain executive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel
  • Extract, analyse, interpret, and present data from multiple sources to support decision‑making
  • Produce monthly KPI, performance and trends reports tailored for executive and board audience
  • Translate complex data into clear visualisation, insights and narrative summaries
  • Ensure information presented to the board meets governance, confidentiality and quality standards
  • Provide support, content and materials for board meetings and events where required, ensuring data and materials are available and accurate
  • Work closely with senior leadership and board members to understand reporting requirements and priorities
  • Continuously improve reporting frameworks, metrics and dashboards based on business needs

Requirements:

  • Degree in Analytics, or a related field
  • Previous experience in an analyst role, particularly in environments requiring data‑driven decision making
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities
  • Experience working with senior leadership or board‑level stakeholders
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Experience in multinational or cross‑functional environments is highly desirable

Skills, Knowledge, and Special Qualities

  • High proficiency in Power BI, MS Excel (dashboard, visuals, data modelling and processing), strong presentation skills — specifically in PowerPoint
  • Ability to understand business context and apply data to explain it and clearly communicate insights to non‑technical, senior audience
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Proactive and self‑mindset
