Business Development Manager
IRES (www.ires.com.ua) — Integrated Facility Management and construction Project Management service provider. The company has been successfully operating at the market since 2006.

- International corporate accounts (corporate occupiers of business centers) international organizations.
- Landlords of business centers, warehousing complexes (commercial real estate).
IRES is looking for new team member:
Business Development Manager — to promote company Facility Management services (Business to Business market segment)
Key roles:
- Enhance sales from existing corporate accounts.
- Develop new business opportunities for international corporate accounts and organizations in integrated facility management and construction project management services.
Main responsibilities:
- Constantly upgrade IRES awareness about new corporate customers in the Ukrainian market.
- Identify new business opportunities in facility management and/or construction project management for existing and new international companies operating in Ukraine.
- Establish new partnerships and accounts.
- Participate in networking events online and offline of ACC and other chamber organizations, of which IRES is a member.
- Advance business intelligence and networking.
- Support IRES social media resources to inform the market about company achievements and useful information for customers.
- Monitor tender requests available on the market and discuss opportunities with the team to prepare commercial offers.
- Participate in discussions with customer teams regarding potential cooperation and lead contract signing.
Key requirements and skills:
- 3+ years experience in facility management, construction, project management, office furniture supply.
- Ability to learn company business quickly.
- Strong knowledge of English (spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Understanding of customer decision drivers.
- Strong analytical skills (data spreadsheets, presentations, value‑for‑money arguments).
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with procurement teams and internal teams.
- Excellent communication skills to win bids, demonstrating IRES as the best option.
- Willingness to learn clients’ procurement programs.
