Working hours: 23:00—07:00 Offline only.
About Us We’re a rapidly growing U.S.- based logistics and transportation company with a lot of experience moving freight across North America. Our Lviv branch is expanding, and we’re on the lookout for a motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our growing international team.
You don’t need prior logistics experience — we’ll provide complete onboarding and all necessary tools to help you succeed. This is a great chance to build a career in global logistics and become part of a fast-paced, people-focused industry.
Your Daily Responsibilities
Communicate with customers and partners by phone and email throughout the day
Track shipments and assist with dispatch coordination
Handle incoming calls and provide prompt, accurate information (priority task)
Update records and maintain data accuracy in internal systems
Deliver outstanding customer support with a professional, can-do attitude
Take on additional duties when needed to support the team and operations
What We Expect From You
Solid computer literacy (knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar tools is a plus)
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to stay focused and efficient under pressure
English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (spoken and written)
Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn quickly
